At first we are social NGO. Our priorities are education and health. Since last fourteen years we are giving free coaching to the college students in their college under UGC scheme. We are the only organization in Rourkela to provide such free services to the societies. Since last fourteen  years we are organizing health camps in the rural areas of the Sundergarh District, Odisha and completed more than 200 different camps.

Our Aims and Objectives:

 

The aims and the objectives for which the society is established are as mentioned below:

 

• To look after rehabilitation and welfare of the poor/SC/ST/Minority citizen of India.

• To promote co-operation among and to bring together the Various Societies, Institutions, Establishments, Organizations, Associations and individuals throughout the territory of the Union of India working for the welfare for all categories of the poor/SC/ST/Minority People.

• To provide pre-employment training of the poor/SC/ST/Minority People.

• To establish, run and maintain, Institutions, and workshops for Training and for providing remunerative work for handicapped.

• To take steps to create awareness amongst the public of the strengths and capabilities of poor/SC/ST/Minority People for work and employment and their other allied problems.

• To provide a platform for interaction by and between industrialists, administrators, legislators, and the public at large for providing the same facilities that are available to able-bodied members of the community also for the poor/SC/ST/Minority People.

• To secure contract and sub-contract work for workshops, industrial Homes and other institutions which strive to provide work and Employment for the 

• To start, expand or develop employment agencies for the employment of the poor/SC/ST/Minority People. to take all possible steps to make such agencies effective.

• To provide meeting places with necessary facilities for the exchange of views between employers, employees,poor/SC/ST/Minority People. trade unions, welfare workers and the poor/SC/ST/Minority People.

• To develop a cadre of professionally qualified and trained rehabilitation workers and volunteers by conducting training courses and by arranging for the training of such personnel.

• To take such other steps as may be considered necessary and expedient for training, providing work and for securing employment to the poor/SC/ST/Minority People and for carrying out the above aims and objects of the society.

The aims and the objectives for which the society will work are as mentioned below:

 

• To motivate people by demonstration etc. and through field assistance for optimum use of law and improved methods of cultivation. 

• To strengthen rural credit facilities, seed Bank and better marketing facilities for their products both agricultural and minor forest products.

• To provide assistance and technical guidance with training facilities to women for their economical self sufficiency as well as to enable them to get supporting income to their families.

• To promote or assist in the programme like mother and child care, immunization, food and nutrition, sanitary services, population control and maternity welfare programmes for the benefit of the rural people.

• To promote or provide or to assist strengthening the existing facilities for Adult education particularly to provide opportunity for women and children and the weaker section of the community.

• To promote and undertake programmes like development of Bio-Gas generation and solar energy and alternative sources of energy.

• To promote and provide Hospitals with outdoor and indoor facilities in remote areas where medical aid is not available.

• To provide asylum orphans handicapped old age persons, neglected and abandoned people.

• To undertake Bank finance under the KVIC Bank finance scheme and there by create employment opportunity and developed Socio economic standards of rural poor.

• To take sincere steps to check consumption of alcohol drugs and smoking. To motivate people to make people aware of its bad effects upon health, family and society and large.

• To develop consciousness among youth against social evils such as anti-dowry movements.

• To arrange irrigation facilities for agricultural by the way of setting lift irrigation points (small and minor) irrigation project form wells tanks and canals etc.

• To undertake and help the development of cattle breeding center, Animal Husbandry, Dairy, Fisheries and Poultry, Duckerry and Mushroom.

• To celebrate important days, Birth Days/Death Anniversaries of great dignitaries.

• To establish Old Age Home Short Stay Home and Destitute Homes for women and children.

• To undertake drinking water programmes in the rural areas.
